Serve Safe California Food Handlers Card (click here)
All employees must obtain a California Food Handlers Card within 30 days upon hire. This card is what certifies you of food safety and handling laws. This must always be valid.
Leads Training (click here)
The Licensee Education on Alcohol and Drugs (LEAD) Program is a free, voluntary prevention and education program for retail licensees, their employees and applicants. The curriculum is designed for licensees, managers and employees. Program length is 4 hours. Participation is limited depending on the size of the training location. You will have 24 hours to sign up through a LEADS program. You can sign up by looking up the class in the country by clicking here.
